Rosewood Healthcare Group was founded by Mr Sandeep Gupta and Mr George Khanijau.
Sandeep is a graduate in accounts and finance and worked for his family business for a number of years. He has always had a passion for elderly care and acquired his first home in 1995, this being Chestnut House. In 2007 Sandeep joined hands with George to incorporate Rosewood Healthcare. George has extensive experience in overseeing the management of businesses at a multi-site level with large numbers of staff. The vision of the Directors was to consistently deliver first class care. This is where the success story began.

Rosewood Healthcare Group acquired its first, second and third homes in England and then expanded into North Wales. Currently we own and operate seven homes in various specialities such as EMI Residential Care, Nursing Care and Specialist Nursing Mental Health. The company has operated these services very successfully for the last 12 years.

Rosewood Healthcare Group is constantly expanding and growing with several other buildings in the pipeline. This includes an extension to our current home in Colwyn Bay, Plas Y Bryn, which will house 18 residents and specialise in older persons mental health nursing. Alongside expanding, the existing homes receive regular maintenance to the interior décor with time and care going into the homes to ensure that they never appear dated. Each home has a maintenance team who are on hand to keep our homes at the high standard we pride ourselves in.
